Lean Muscle with Winston Wilson

This 4 Day Split is for all levels of fitness and is a 4 week program. In this 4 day split you will working different muscles groups. The goal of this program is to help you put on lean muscle, lose weight, and put on strength. Day 1 will be Chest and Triceps. Day 2 will be back and biceps. Day 3 will be Legs. Day 4 will be Shoulders. I recommend doing cardio 3 days a week in the program for 30 minutes. Abs circuit will be implemented in this program as well in some workouts you come across.

Get proper sleep (7-9 hours a night is a must) Dedicated nutrition regimen that consists only of wholesome, natural ingredients (get my nutrition guide in “Insights” section of the app) Drink at least eight 8 oz glasses of water daily Make sure to use active and full rest days to allow muscles to recover Ice cold showers in the morning and after workouts are highly recommended
