At 6 years old I asked for a weight set for Christmas. At 7 years old I was training sports acrobatic gymnastics 16+hours a week. At 14 years old I was on the Great Britain gymnastics team training 20+ hours a week. Greatest achievement was World and Europeans medals whilst studying for my degree in Sports coaching. At 21 years old I started working for the world renowned Cirque Du Soleil and since I have been in three of the shows on the Las Vegas strip, Mystere, Believe and still currently at Zumanity. I have my Personal Enhancement Specialist and Corrective exercise specialist qualifications, as well as Gymnastics head coach and Power lifting level 1. In 2020 I was on the Rock (Dwayne Johnson) TV show the Titan game’s Season 2. Where I made it to the finals of the West region beating a Super Bowl Champion to advance. I like to train hard consistently and inspire through demonstration. My son has been a huge factor to push me to where I am today. I have articles in Men’s Fitness France and Men’s Health UK and I will continue to inspire people towards their goals. During the 2020 pandemic I created an online program in which everyother day I offered free live workouts using just bodyweight. Helping everyone with mental and physical stimulation. Come workout with me in which I will continue to offer these follow along live workouts in which you can come sweat and struggle along side me.

Goals

It will be a lifestyle change in which you will discover fun ways to be active. You will get a stronger core and improve your control and self awareness. We have a huge focus on Flexibility and mobility relieving stress and tightness from our bodies and essential relieving pain. Our high intensity intervals will burn lots of calories and through consistency loss fat and create lean muscle.

Training Requirements

Majority of my workouts require no equipment just a yoga mat or towel. Some of my bodyweight skills require the use of a wall or solid structure and parallelettes. There will be a couple of workouts that I offer for strength that will require a pull up bar and barbell with weights.
