About the program

The Summer Glow Program is a 6-week gym-based training plan designed to help you sculpt your body, elevate your energy, and reconnect with your feminine strength — just in time for summer. This is not a “get skinny quick” plan. It’s a progressive strength training method built for women who want real curves, visible muscle tone, and the discipline that radiates confidence beyond the gym. You’ll train 5 days per week using my signature split: - Glute-focused lower body days to lift + shape - Upper body training to create balance + posture - Low-impact cardio to boost energy and accelerate fat loss - Full body conditioning for strength and power Each week builds on the last — with intensity, intention, and results you can see and feel. Whether you’ve been stuck in a rut or just want to feel sexy, energized, and strong this summer — this is your reset.

    Do I need to purchase equipment?
    It depends on the workout! Playbook has a lot of workouts that require no equipment. We also have workouts that require minimal equipment (like dumbbells or a yoga mat) and some that require weight-lifting machines. There’s something for everyone — regardless of equipment — to help you get in shape.
