Alright, VisionFam, we’re excited to take you through this EMOM workout. As a reminder, EMOM stands for "Every Minute On the Minute," and it's a great way to get a quick, intense workout in a short amount of time. We're going to be doing 6 exercises in total, and we'll be doing them for 12 minutes.

•	Grab a light to medium weight dumbbell or kettlebell
•	Start with the weight at shoulder level
•	Press the weight overhead, fully extending your arms
•	Lower the weight back to shoulder level
•	-Drop down and do push-ups	
•	-Repeat for the duration of the minute

Shoulder Press to Pushup

•	Grab a medicine ball and stand with your feet shoulder-width apart
•	Reach overhead with the ball, fully extending your arms
•	Slam the ball down onto the ground as hard as you can
•	Pick the ball back up and repeat
•	Try to keep the pace up, but don't compromise form

Medicine Ball Slams

•	Start in a plank position, with your hands under your shoulders and your feet together
•	Lower your body by bending your elbows, keeping your core tight
•	Push back up to the starting position
•	Repeat for the duration of the minute

Push-ups

•	Sit against a wall with your back supported
•	Hold light-medium weight dumbbells at shoulder level
•	Press the weights upward until your arms are fully extended
•	Lower the weights back down to shoulder level
•	Repeat for the duration of the minute

Seated Shoulder Press

•	Stand in front of a box or bench
•	Bend your knees and jump onto the box
•	Step or jump back down to the ground
•	Repeat for the duration of the minute
•	Once you jump off the box, do a burpee

2 Foot Box Jump

•	Take a straight barbell (no weights on it)
•	Hold the barbell at shoulder level
•	Press the barbell upward until your arms are fully extended
•	Lower the barbell back down to shoulder level
•	Repeat for the duration of the minute

Shoulder Press Burnout

Today we're gonna take you through an elevated treadmill walk. This is a great way to add a little extra challenge to your regular treadmill routine and really target your glutes and legs.

Here's how it works:

Set the incline on your treadmill to the highest level (usually around 15%)
Start walking at a moderate pace
Try to maintain good form by keeping your back straight and your core engaged
Keep your pace steady, and focus on driving through your heels
You can also add some arm movement to increase the intensity.
By walking at an incline, you're working your legs and glutes harder than you would on a flat surface, burning more calories and toning your muscles. This is a great way to add variety to your cardio routine, and it's a low-impact way to increase the intensity of your workout.
