I could not do the leg alignment. I cannot really throw my legs in the air like that yet but hopefully I will soon. The pyke hold went very well 🤸🏻♀️

Really enjoyed this!
I am having some trouble getting the momentum needed in the switch kicks. I feel like the only way I can actually get into a handstand is to start from a standing position. Would you say this is just a lack of strength or is it just a continue practicing until you get it type of thing?
