Really needed this class today as a senior medical student 😅 So grateful to have found this space! I wanted to ask if in future videos with twists we could have some tips to protect out lower backs and just be more mindful of the alignment. It’s something I am always i. doubt. Thank you ❣️

Loved the pace of the flow, but found a slower warm up might have helped because I was quite tight in the pyramid/twist poses. Thanks 💘💘💘

You are my favorite yoga instructor of all time. Gentle invitations without pressure and absolute acceptance of yourself and others emanates from these lessons. The challenges are always adaptable but I love that each one seems to have something new in it
