Love love loved this. I’m actually pretty close to doing splits on one side in particular compared to the other which is much further from the floor

This was the challenge I was looking for. I felt so far out of my comfort zone. I have NEVER attempted a split before, so I was pleasantly shocked to find I could almost enter a full front split after one practice. I can’t wait to add this to my weekly practice routine and actually ace the front split.
