What are the goals of the program? To allow you to get in your workouts efficiently and work on improving your fitness without the use of equipment or the need for gym access.
How to get the best outcome of the program? Follow the program as it is given. Focus on increasing your reps, or slowing down reps to add overload. Also make sure you fuelling your body properly, managing stress and getting adequate to aid in recovery.
Who are these workouts for (skill-level)? Any skill level. Please follow the video explanations to see form. Focus on starting slow and working on form and technique if you are new to working out.
What do I need to participate in this program? No equipment is needed. Just an open space and a mat or towel.
