It was great! I got a good sweat going! I would prefer to have my own music on while I do the sweat with me workouts but then I can’t hear what you’re saying and your timer. Would you be able to put up a written out play by play of the workout before we start?? I love these ones! Thanks!

I’ve been really enjoying the sweat with us work Outs and I am now going through them a second time! (Throwing a few of your strength workouts in here and there). I love that it feels like I’m working out with someone to keep me motivated in this stay at home order. I would love if you came out with a few new circuits to try!
