Hi guys, welcome to my workouts for beginners! This program consists of workouts I did when I initially started, but with the changes I wish I would have made sooner. These are the less “intimidating” workouts, especially because no barbell is needed at the beginning, only dumbbells and machines. This program aims to help you become more confident with the equipment and with your form. The number one goal is understanding what movements target each muscle and how to target each muscle within the movement. Being able to master this skill is one of the most valuable things you will do to be able to grow muscle anywhere on your body. This program is 4 weeks long, 4 days a week. I believe that as a beginner, 3-4 days a week is the sweet spot. Immediately throwing someone into a 5-6 day split will get overwhelming fast. The 4 days do not have to be done consecutively and rest days can be taken whenever your body needs it. Have fun with it and always message me if you need anything!
