Meu nome é Victor Macedo Soares, nasci na capital mineira, Belo Horizonte. Mudei-me para Brasília com aproximadamente 2 anos de idade. Tive uma infância muito ativa como qualquer criança que mora em região de chácaras. Grandes nomes do cinema como, Arnold Schwarzenegger e Sylvester Stallone me inspiraram a começar a praticar a musculação. Isso aos 14 anos de idade. Mas o que me motivou mesmo a procurar a musculação foi o fato de ser muito magro, o que me incomodava bastante. Tive a oportunidade da treinar com atletas de fisiculturismo e me apaixonei pelo esporte. Em virtude disso resolvi ingressar na faculdade de Educação Física no ano de 2013 e desde então atuo no ramo como PERSONAL TRAINER. Fiz diversos cursos e me especializei no treinamento de força voltado para hipertrofia e emagrecimento. Sempre levei um Lifestyle de um atleta, embora nunca tenha subido no palco. Hoje tenho mais de 15 anos de experiencia prática e mais de 6 anos de formação com aperfeiçoamento contínuo.
