Full Forearm Workout

This is a super simple forearm workout I would do almost everyday I picked up the bat. 

Before batting practice or even as I’m standing around waiting for my turn to hit, I was always making myself stronger!💪

All you’ll need is a your bat and a bat weight. If you do not have a weight, you can do it without, but I highly recommend picking one up.
