I created the Yoga Body Method for women who, like you, want to transform their bodies in a way that feels good, NOT like struggle, frustration, deprivation or restriction.
It works especially well for women over 40 who need that extra support because everything is changing. What used to work just doesn’t work as well any more....or it’s not working at all.
Do not throw in that towel!! It’s not hopeless. You just have to do things differently now.
This is how my Yoga Body Method works:

• We set goals together from the outset. It’s important to get very clear on your body goals but to mention, my programmes are holistic and when you start working with me for one reason you will experience multiple benefits…..I have summarised below:
🥗 Nutrition & hormones - I have a very simple, 4-step food formula. The first thing I do with clients is get the nutrition right for them, to balance hormones and get the body working how it should (and burning fat effectively).
🧘♀️ Yoga fitness - we focus on strengthening and toning through the physical practice. I am an experienced teacher (10 years) and I can create a yoga fitness programme that meets you where you are at physically. I always start with an assessment and we work mindfully and at your pace.
🧠 Emotions & Mindset - I also use techniques, rooted in ancient yoga (which I have made accessible) to help make the changes necessary emotionally and mentally for your success (I am a qualified mindset coach!). You will identify and let go of what no longer serves you, fully up-level your life (body and mind!) and at the end of the three months, step into the new you…. Working on mindset and emotions makes the process and outcomes permanent as we are effectively de-conditioning habits that are keeping you stuck so you can find balance and achieve your goals.
