I competed at the highest levels of boxing, representing my country at the Olympics and challenging for a world title, all while following a plant-based lifestyle. After suffering a subdural hematoma, my career ended abruptly. I spiraled into physical, mental, and emotional turmoil. My health declined until I discovered a sustainable formula for long-term wellness.
Through recovery, I saw just how powerful plant-based nutrition and mobility-focused training could be. That experience reshaped my mission. Today, I help time-pressed adults build strong, lean, and mobile bodies using efficient, purposeful workouts that fit into real life.
Fitness doesn’t need to be extreme. It needs to be consistent, intentional, and built around how your body is meant to move.
