Hey guys! I’m Coach Ulyuh! Fitness has always been my passion, but I didn’t start seeing real results until about 4 years ago. Why? I still had a victim mindset at the time. This was my justification for polluting my body with weed, alcohol and other garbage. On the side of all of that, I battled with bulimia for over a decade. Shortly before my birthday in July of 2019, I realized that although I have these self-sabotaging thoughts, I am not my thoughts. And that is where my fight for MY life began! You see, I CHOSE to throw up, smoke weed, drink alcohol, and eat foods that did not align with the outcome I desired. But I also had the strength to say NO! I had the power to honor my desires' but not give into them. From that moment on, I made the conscious decision to focus only on the things that helped me get closer to my goals. To adopt a razor-like focus on my health, not just physically, but mentally also. On April 24, 2022, I signed a contract with myself and just a few loyal followers on TikTok to let go of the excuses, end the victim mentality, and purposefully create positive change in our lives. Since we started, our handfuls of followers turned into a group of over 50k who tuned in twice a day, every day to support one another and make MASSIVE transformations in their lives. I’m so fucking proud of all of these incredible human beings who decided to take their lives back and who are now part of my incredible community.
