Trainer and Martial Arts Instructor

I have been training in some fashion since I was 3 years old. Being raised by a former MLB pitcher in small-town Huntington, WV, my expectations were extremely high for me growing up as I excelled in baseball and football. I received a baseball and academic scholarship to the University of Charleston. I would later join the likes of my hometown team, the Marshall University Thundering Herd where I would graduate with a Business Degree specializing in Management and Finance. After leaving my job as a Financial Advisor in order to purse my passion, I began studying to obtain my Personal Training and Nutrition Specialist Certifications, both through the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM). After passing both exams and receiving both certifications, I started my own business as a Personal Trainer where I remain today. My specialties are weight loss, muscle gain, speed and endurance, power, balance, and athletic performance. Namely, kickboxing, baseball, and football.

"Fitness has been a big part of my life for 19 years. I started working out at 15 for football and never stopped.
