I moved to Colorado in the spring of 2022. I got connected into Tyler and 212 through a coworker. Somehow in the chaos of the move, I injured my left knee; it was the size of a grapefruit. I was looking at a 4th left knee surgery and a possible knee replacement at 42. I was frustrated, upset, and had no idea what to do. Tyler’s words to me “Give me 2 months. Don’t do anything yet.” To say I was hesitant to trust him was an understatement. I have Ehler’s Danlos Syndrome, a collagen disorder that makes ligaments snap like twigs with the smallest of errors in movement. I had 7 orthopedic surgeries. I’ve had 6 herniated discs. What if he made me worse? How did this guy have any clue how to help me? But, what did I have to lose? It hurt to work, to play with my kid, basically to do anything. That was 18 months ago. We worked from simple movements, to stability, to strength. My knees, my legs, my entire body. We spent a year making me strong, flexible, mobile. He spent a year motivating me to keep going. Just after that year mark, I completed the Boulder Triathalon. I haven’t had an injury since I started working with Tyler. I don’t have chronic pain anymore. About Tyler Holt

My name is Tyler Holt! I started in this industry 13 years ago as a skinny guy who just wanted to get big. I took myself from 140 pounds to 220 pounds, competed and got my pro card as a natural bodybuilder, became a fitness model shooting with some of the best photographers in the country, traveling all over, working with companies such as bodybuilding.com and MusclePharm, blessed to have my pictures in magazines, calendars and book covers! All the while, developing myself to be the best coaching trainer that I could be. I started my gym back in 2014 so that I could coach and start my entrepreneurial dreams at the same time. I’ve coached thousands of people helping clients lose weight, gain muscle, become better athletes, you name it! After I was done with bodybuilding and fitness modeling, I decided that I wanted to change in my own personal goals. I set out to be the most optimized version of myself that I could be. I completed a triathlon and a marathon in the same six months. Turned myself from just bodybuilder to overall hybrid athlete. I want to be able to lift heavy, run fast, have elite endurance, hike, trail run you name it I want to be able to do it. AlphaLlife is about bringing out the alpha inside you!
