About Tristan Jass

Online personal trainer

I was born and raised in Kenosha Wisconsin, which is also where we film all of these videos. I’ve had an incredible journey to this point and launched a career around the game of basketball. Growing up, I would have loved an app this this but since it didn’t exist, I developed a lot of the skills you’ll find here just by working it out on my own. Through many years of basketball skills training I’ve utilized and developed programs which can work for anyone. I’ve trained players at every level of the game and hooped with them as well. I’ve also been fortunate enough to learn from some of the greatest coaches in the game. All of this has enabled me to share it with you!

Plus, trainers walk you through all exercises with easy-to-follow videos and simple written instructions. This means you’ll be able to do all the moves easily, accurately, and safely.
Do I need to purchase equipment?
It depends on the workout! Playbook has a lot of workouts that require no equipment. We also have workouts that require minimal equipment (like dumbbells or a yoga mat) and some that require weight-lifting machines. There’s something for everyone — regardless of equipment — to help you get in shape.
