This program is ultimately aimed at building muscle in your body. However, during this process that will also include speeding your metabolism up, enhancing your body’s ability to burn fat, and adding strength and stability throughout your body.
How to get the best outcome of the program?
Be consistent and constantly challenge yourself. Your biggest competition is against YOU. You know if you can add some weight to your exercise or if you have another set in you. Follow the reps, follow the sets and follow the program step-by-step and you will ultimately get the results you are looking for.
How to schedule the program into a week?
This program is 5 days a week and each training session will focus and isolate 1-2 major muscle groups each day.
What do I need to participate in this program?
You will need access to everyday gym equipment. This includes; Dumbbells, Barbells, Cable Machines, Benches, Lifting Machines, etc. Any regulated commercial gyms should have 95% of the equipment needed in this program.
Who are these workouts for (skill-level)?
Any and all skill level users can perform these workouts. You may want a spotter with certain lifts (I recommend that) however, every skill level will be able to participate in this program.
