What are the goals of the program? Gain strength through body weight movements, burn fat, and speed up metabolism with high intensity and minimal rest time between sets.
Who are these workouts for (skill-level)? Anyone! Beginner, Intermediate, or Advanced skill level can do this challenge.
What do I need to participate in this program? Besides yourself? Pull-up bar, objects that can be used to elevate feet for certain lifts, yoga mat, minimal weights (even only light ones will do just fine).
How to get the best outcome of the program? Slow and controlled form on all movements but high intensity at all times! The less rest time between each working set and circuit, the more you’ll get out of this program. If you have another round in your tank, you better go for 1 more!
How to schedule the program into a week? This is a great workout to incorporate into your weekly programs or to mix it up once in awhile.
