Complete this 4x per week program!
At the end of the day- in order to lean out you need to be in a CALORIE DEFICIT! It’s science! Being in a calorie deficit in conjunction with these workouts will get you the best results 🤗
How to schedule the program into a week?
It’s a 4x per week program so try and do
Example/ MON, TUE, THURS, FRIDAY
But as long as you’re fitting 4x per week- it can be flexible to fit your schedule 🤗
What do I need to participate in this program?
A Set of light weight, moderate weight, and heavy dumbbells- as well as a booty band!
Who are these workouts for (skill-level)?
