This program was born in my living room — in the middle of motherhood, nap schedules, on my 2nd weight-loss journey. I filmed every workout right here, proving that strength doesn’t start in a fancy gym — it starts where you are, with what you have.
The Living Room Lift is a 4-week strength training program designed for busy women who want to build muscle, increase energy, and feel confident again — all from home.
Each week includes 5 efficient workouts:
• 💪 Upper Body x2 — build strength through push, pull, and press supersets
• 🍑 Lower Body x2 — shape and strengthen your foundation with powerful compound moves
• 🔥 Core + Pelvic Floor x1— improve balance, posture, and restore your core.
Using just dumbbells, resistance bands, and an exercise ball, you’ll challenge your body through supersets that maximize results in minimal time — because you’ve got things to do, kids to love, and a life to live.
These are the same workouts that helped me rebuild after my 2nd postpartum and lose my first 15lbs — they reminded me that consistency beats perfection and that strength is built one rep, one day, one living-room workout at a time.
