SAND 2.0 is the next evolution in tactical training from SAND 1.0. Across this 10-week specialty training program athletes are introduced to new formats and new tests that now require a sandbag PLUS a heavier med ball. This program is the perfect fit for athletes who want more exposure to tactical training and to test their skills with heavier odd objects. You do not need to complete SAND 1.0 prior to starting SAND 2.0.
