This program is designed to help you create the habit of exercising and being active in 21 days.
This method is based on the 21/90 rule. By commiting to the goal of exercising for 21 straight days, it should become a habit. After the habit has been established, you continue to do it for another ninety days.
The program is also designed to make you feel comfortable in the gym and to get used to the gym equipment, as well as, to become more aware of your body.
