I had my second baby 10 months ago. I used to workout a lot but since I got pregnant I became so demotivated! Unlike my first pregnancy, I was more fit and energetic. Now I’m low in energy. I hit the gym once a week and maybe one time for a dance class that’s all. I eat a lot of snacks.to get back to my old weight I need to lose 6 kgs.
