I wish training and resting time would be automatic. Its hard to arrange timer while training

It was great but tough, especially the third round. I have weak hand muscles, I don't usually train much. I swim and when I train, I do basic leg / abs exercises. So the arms part was tough for me, especially the inclined push ups. But hopefully this means I will gain some strengths with time.
