Dead. Few days ago I took a sneak peek to see what workouts are included in this, and I dread the hell out of it. So happy I talked myself into it by not thinking. 🥵💪🏽🔥
I was crying internally seeing that burpees was there and as you were explaining the beginning, intermediate and advance versions. I was talking to myself saying “I am capable, I am good and I don’t ever need to be advanced at burpees. No need to hit that, not a goal currently for me” only for you to interrupt my thought saying “I just did 8, give me a minute” and it hit me that you did 8 just to explain it. And I cracked up so load … We don’t give you much credit on that do we! Then I did the 20 in silence 🤣
