Much needed 🙌🏽 currently texting you with my legs creating a V-shape against the wall. Working on my splits #YahSure 😂.. I honestly need to commit more to that! 🙈 anyhow. Just did my cardio at the gym before this, I hear they may move me from the hotel to an actual residence but I may lose the gym access do to that. If I don’t I will finish my advance dumbbells program and hit your 8 week weightlifting afterwards. If I lose my access I’ll re-do advance bodyweight. We shall see by the end of this week 🙏🏽🥳 . Now I am gonna do my abs routine and a wall walk hold. Lots of love Tracy look what you turned me into #WorkoutNerd ♥️💪🏽 . Have a Save flight to Dubai. And put down that arrow launcher. So let me get this straight. Mobility day is not a rest day, it’s a recovery day. But abs day is a rest day! How! Hahah . Was fantastic! 🧘🏻‍♀️ We gotta get more ppl to download your app. So many are missing out! What you have here sooner or later will blow up, cause it’s really good, joyful, effective and full of hard work. It shows. 👏🏽🥳
