Ugh😭😭😭how can one person be so flexible in every part of the body except for side splits😫It has been my lifelong challenge, even when I did ballet, side splits were so difficult to me. I hope your Split exercises will help to open my hips. And it is frustrating because my middle split is almost perfect, but i guess my hip structure is not meant for side splits. Thank you for the class🙏🏻
