I have plantar fasciitis so this was not only good for that, but also reminded me I should be better about regular ankle and foot health. Please add another class.

This was great. I have limited toe mobility and this creates hip and knee pain (i think). My kids also have the worst ankle mobility so I’ll do this with them. I also have heel pain which made me modify some of the exercises like the squat to make it easier. Thank Tova. Do a part 2

Crazy! So I really struggle with hero pose. I always blamed my knees! Now I realize a major part was foot and ankle!
