Banded Squats

- Start by standing with your feet together - In one motion, jump your feet out to the side and raise your arms above your head - Immediately reverse the motion by jumping back to the starting position - Increase speed as you feel comfortable

Jumping jacks

- I’m using 15lbs
- 12 reps on each side

Alternating Bicep Curls

- Place your feet hip-width apart, and dumbbells at your sides
- Take a big step to the side
- Land with your heel, flex the knee to lower your hip and body until your knee and hip are at a 90 degree angle 
- Keep opposite leg only slightly angled
- Return to the starting position by extending your hip and knee 
- Once they are straight, bring your foot back in to a standing tall position
- Work both sides

Lateral lunge

- Remain bent over and avoid standing up
- palms facing away from you
- Focus on using your lower lats, avoid using your traps and upper back

Bent over dumbbell rows

- squeeze the ball with your hands and knees
- make sure your core is engaged
- breathe through the movement 
- slow and steady

Ball Deadbugs

- tighten your lower core as you come up 
- breathe in when you come up and out as you release

Cat Calls

- tighten your lower core
- breathe in as your knee and elbow touch,
Breathe out as you release
- working on pelvic floor

Reverse Deadbugs
