- Grab the bar with your palms facing forward
- Lean back slightly, keeping your chest up 
- Bring the bar down to your upper chest engaging your lats throughout the exercise
- Pause and return to the initial position

Superset #1

Bent Over Rear Delt

- Hold the dumbbells with your palms facing each other
- Curl the dumbbells up engaging your bicep as you curl

Dumbbell hammer curl

- Place the back of your arm on your inner thigh
- Arm starts extended holding the dumbbell off the floor
- Slowly curl the weight up, pause at the top squeezing your bicep
- Slowly lower weight back to the starting position
- Complete desired reps then repeat on the opposite side

Dumbbell concentration curl

Superset #2:

- Bend forward at the hips until your back is parallel to the ground
- Grasp the dumbbells just outside shoulder width apart
- Brace your core and alternately see-saw the dumbbells up and down with control
- Engaging your lats and mid back throughout the movement

Dumbbell see-saw row

- Hold dumbbell in between your hands 
- curl upwards using your biceps 
- lower slowly
