- Slowly lower the dumbbells with a slight bend in your knees, hinging at the hips and keeping your back straight
- Lower the dumbbells until you feel a slight stretch in your hamstrings
- Drive your hips forward and use your hamstrings to power back to standing
- I’m using 27.5lbs

Dumbbell RDL’s

- I’m using 25lbs 
- complete 15 reps on each side

Dumbbell Step Up Knee Drive

In/Out Squats

Elevated Suitcase Squats

- Hold the dumbbell and your neck 
- Hinge at the hips and come straight down 
- Keep the correct posture 
- Focus on a slow and controlled movement

Dumbbell seated good morning

- Standing on one foot with the opposite leg forward
- Push your hips back and down as you lower 
- Touch the chair or box
- Stand back up
- Use your arms for counter balance
- Complete desired reps then repeat on the opposite side
