Quad Extensions

- Standing with your feet close, toed out and heels elevated
- Hold a single dumbbell in the goblet position
- Lower into the bottom of a squat
- Stand up to full extension

Heels elevated dumbbell goblet squat

- Lower down to create a 90 degree angle with your front leg
- Don't let your knee surpass your toe
- Keep your back neutral and stay upright

Walking lunges with dumbbells

Superset

- Set up in a split stance with your front foot elevated on a plate
- Chest up, looking straight ahead and dumbbells by your sides
- Descend by flexing both knees until they are both at 90 degrees
- Drive through the front foot extending back to the top

Front foot elevated split squat

- Push your hips as you come down
- Reach parallel and explode up

Hip thrust are my least favorite only because I’m so short it hurts my back 😩

So hard. My legs are jello and I could t finish one exercise but gives me more room to keep working
