I'm Tony Enwezor, and this is my story

WELCOME! I have paired my education with years of experience to fill training voids in the fitness industry. I have tried numerous training methods over the years and I understand it can be a bit overwhelming to a person looking for results. When life required a certain look or performance level from me, I met it! My body has transformed from skinny to bulked up and from bulked up to getting lean even enough to function and perform well in life. Through my own trial and error, I’ve developed precise exercises geared solely for bodily progression, well-being, overall appearance, performance, and most importantly your health & longevity. I’m excited & honoured to help you (& everyone I possibly can) along the path of becoming your best YOU.
