Jarrad

- With the barbell overhead and arms extended
- Lower weight down to your chest and press back up overhead

Barbell military press

- From an incline bench and a dumbbell in each hand
- Lower dumbbells down to the chest keeping wrists neutral
- Straighten elbows and press back up

Incline dumbbell chest press

- Keep your core tight and your back straight. 
- Bring your hands up and together squeezing your pecs
- Lower slowly

Cable fly (top to bottom)

- Begin in kneeling position and brace your core
- With your elbows slightly in front of you 
- Press the end of the landmine barbell up engaging your upper chest
- Lower with control back to starting position

Kneeling landmine press

- hold plate with two hands 
- keep elbows close to you side
- lower down slowly 
- squeeze chest at the top

Plate Press

Superset

- Keep a slight bend at the elbow
- Raise your arms until you reach shoulder height 
- Lower with a slow and controlled movement

Dumbbell lateral raises

- Hold the rope with your palms facing each other
- Raise until shoulder height pausing at the top 
- Lower with a slow controlled motion

Rope cable front raise

- Lying back with your arms extended above your shoulders
- Bend at the elbow lowering the EZ-bar toward the top of your head
- Extend your arms back up to starting position

EZ-bar skull crushers

- Begin with rope in both hands and elbows bent 90 degrees
- Extend elbows and engage triceps

Cable rope triceps extensions

- Bend at the elbows to lower down, keeping your feet forward of your body
- Keep your elbows close to your body and your torso tipped forward 
- Extend your arms engaging your chest to push up

Bodyweight dips (chest)
