Was confusing if should do 3 reps per side or switch at the 30 second mark between exercises. Additionally would be great if a cool down was recommended

Was wondering if you switch sides after 30 seconds or a min each side? Like the tripod pull down, do pull down a min each arm? Same for the hook punch, etc... great workout! I feel like I get a lot out if it. Thank you! Eli
