I am the owner and head trainer behind T3 ATHLETICS in Vancouver, Canada. I have over 10 years of experience training, competing and coaching Vancouver’s elite fitness, athletic, and martial arts community and have been recognized for transforming and maintaining the fighting physiques of the CW Network's superhero lineup on series’ such as Arrow, The Flash, Supergirl and Legends of Tomorrow. I have become known for my innovative and creative approach to training and performance, but most importantly, I’m also known for results. My clients, like myself, love to sweat, but they also love to live their lives outside of the gym and I design my workouts with this philosophy in mind. Your Playbook will not only be effective, but efficient and uncomfortably FUN – they get the most out of you, guide you to your goals, and ensure you have the best time possible while you’re there.
Outside of the gym, I’m an avid traveller, lover of snowboarding, surfing and most anything outdoors (except maybe long distance running 😉). I love where I live but I always feel pulled to journey away to the unfamiliar – I believe life is enhanced by experiencing new places, cultures, people, and ultimately, perspectives. When at home, you will almost always see me accompanied by Zoe, my furry, four-legged Assistant Trainer and T3 Athletics’ unofficial Director of Rest & Recovery. Keep an eye out for her cameo appearances here on my Playbook – she’s every T3 client’s number one cheerleader and will soon be yours too!
