Tough, but great! First set was a good run through. Second set tried for time🏴‍☠️🏴‍☠️- finished just under 5min. Third set was focused on slow and controlled movements. What a burn🔥🥵! First time Grandpa drove down from Canada 🇨🇦 to meet his grandson for the week. #blessed
