Yes! No matter where you are in your fitness journey, this challenge can help you succeed. This challenge is for people with any level of fitness. Plus, I will walk you through all the exercises with easy-to-follow videos and there are ways to modify each and every exercise. This means you’ll be able to do all the moves easily, accurately, and safely.
How does The Daily 50 Challenge work?
Every day, you will get a sequence of movements from inside this app. It will look like this: 3x per week – The Daily 50 Sequence 3x per week – The Reverse 50 Sequence 1x per week – The Recovery 50 Sequence You will do each sequence each day and complete the items in the app. There are videos to show you each sequence, each day in case you get lost along the way.
