The DAILY 50 CHALLENGE
⚒️A simple CHALLENGE that you can do anywhere, anytime, with zero equipment. Gives you just enough resistance to feel like you did something active for the day and keeps you in Momentum.
⚒️Every day for a month you will be given a sequence of exercises that can be done pretty much anywhere. No equipment is needed. There is the Daily 50, the Reverse 50 and the Recovery 50.
⚒️All three of these sequences will be give you all around strength so that you can leave this next month feeling confident, strong and ready for the spring time sunshine to smile upon your face.
⚒️1x per week I will be hosting a live Daily 50 that we will do together on Zoom (should you want to join). I know I have been missing community for the last few years and I want to create one with The Daily 50. Plus any Q & A that you may have during this challenge, I will be available to answer any questions.
