What equipment do I need for this challenge? To participate in this challenge, you will need a stationary bike, preferably one with adjustable resistance levels. You will also need a comfortable pair of walking shoes for the walking component. 1 Resistance Band. Additionally, you'll need a journal or notebook for the journaling aspect of the challenge.
Can I do the Surreal Fit Challenge without a bike? Absolutely. While the stationary bike is preferred, many of our users take our videos on treadmills, stairmasters, walks and outdoor runs (listen only).
How do I participate in the Surreal Fit challenge? To participate, you will follow a structured workout plan every single day in this App. This plan includes specific durations and intensities for both stationary bike sessions and walking sessions. You will also be encouraged to engage in reflective journaling each day that will help you create even more awareness. You can access the workout plan and journaling prompts through this mobile app.
How long does the challenge last? The Surreal Fit Challenge duration is 30-days The challenge is designed to gradually increase in intensity & distance over time to ensure steady progress and maximize your results.
Can I adjust the challenge to fit my fitness level? Absolutely! The challenge can be modified to accommodate different fitness levels. The stationary bike sessions and walking durations can be adjusted based on your current fitness level and gradually increased as you build strength and endurance. It's important to listen to your body and work within your capabilities.
How often should I do the Surreal Fit Challenge? We recommend 1x per year to do a mental and physical check in. Will you benefit from doing it more than 1x per year, absolutely but use your own discernment.
Can I combine other exercises with this challenge? You will have the opportunity to create some of this challenge for yourself along the way. That’s the beauty of this challenge. We want you to be actively participating creatively, physically & mentally.
What should I include in my journal? The journaling component helps you track progress and enhance self-awareness with our custom tailored questions at certain times of the challenge. Every day will have an section you can track your progress & other thoughts that come up during this challenge.
Will there be specific journaling prompts provided? Yes! As part of the challenge, journaling prompts will be provided to guide your reflective writing after each workout. These prompts may include questions about your energy levels, mood, thoughts, and any insights gained during the exercise. The prompts aim to promote self-reflection and a deeper connection to your fitness journey. You can keep a record of your cycling and walking distances, average speed, and any improvements in endurance or strength. Is there any nutritional guidance provided with this challenge? While this challenge primarily focuses on physical activity, we recommend that you eat Plants & Animals, no packaged shit, organic is better if you can.
