What results can I expect with the Summer Shred Challenge? I ask all challengers to meet me in the middle with all of my programs and challenges. This means that you are doing the work on your end while I provide high quailty programming and nutrition guidance. If you follow the program as it is laid out and with my direction while adhering to your nutrition and weekly checklists, you can expect to lose 1-2 pounds a week and 2-4% body fat in 10 weeks!
I'm a beginner, is the Summer Shred Challenge for me? Yes! The Summer Shred Challenge can be done no matter what your fitness level is. If you are a beginner you will want to start out with lighter weight and less intensity during conditioning until you become familar with the moves.
I am always available in the private online community or via DM in the app if you need guidance. Having a coach on hand means you’ll be able to do all the moves easily, accurately, and safely.
What equipment will I need for the home workouts? For the Summer Shred home workouts you will need a mat and dumbbells (I recommend a light set, a medium set, and a heavy set) at a minimum. The program can be done without these but to maximize your home workout experience I recommend adding a bench and a set of long bands. You will use long bands to replace cable machine exercises and you will use a bench for some conditioning moves.
