    What are the rules of the T3+ challenge?
    Sign up and purchase the T3+ challenge on this page. Then, download the app so you have access to the program. This program is sold separately so you do not need an app subscription to enroll. If you have an app subscription, you will need to purchase this program separately. Submit your before photos (front, side, & back) by April 21, 2023 at 11:59pm. There will be a time stamp on your photo submission to ensure timely entry. After photos will need to be submitted by Friday, June 30 at 11:59pm. Once all submissions have been made, a winner will be selected. The winner of the April T3+ challenge will be announced by Monday, July 3.
    What are the goals of the program?
    T3+ is designed to build muscle, burn fat, improve confidence, and impact your entire lifestyle change.
    What do I need to participate in this challenge?
    You will need access to a gym with standard workout equipment. This program requires the use of a barbell, barbell rack, weight plates, dumbbells, some machines, a bench, etc. The most important thing you need is a positive attitude and a willingness to work hard!
    What are the workouts like with the T3+ challenge?
    These workouts are just like the workouts we do with the in-person T3 program. You will experience 5 workouts a week that are focused on strength training combined with HIIT cardio. For the first two weeks you will find a main compound movement to complete FIRST. Then you will complete accessory strength exercises and HIIT cardio moves combined as supersets. Beyond the first two weeks you will complete your main compound movement first, accessory strength exercises next, and the workout will end with a short HIIT cardio segment. Combining heavy strength exercises and HIIT cardio will yield phenomenal results!
    How will I get the best results with the challenge?
    You will achieve optimal results with this challenge if you commit to working hard with the training program, stay hydrated, complete your daily walk, get adequate rest, and follow a macro-based nutrition approach. There are resources within the app that can help you with nutrition if you need it!
    How will the challenge winner be selected?
    There will be one challenge winner selected at the end. The winner is selected based on best physical transformation over the 10-week period based on progress photos. Other factors that will be considered are consistency and completion of workouts so be sure to track your workouts completed in the app!
