I’d love to share also zen meditation, not only yoga.
I'm happy that this app will be part of your daily routine whether you are beginner or intermediate level. If you already belong to a yoga studio, how often do you go to the studio, once or twice each week?
Well, you can use this app for 10~60 mins at any time of your week, without the yoga studio!
Even doing yoga for 10 mins every day, you can feel more efficient.
What is efficient yoga?
Physically, for example you are less likely to feel any stiff shoulder or lower back pain, or to feel constipated.
Mentally, you can see and think about things clearly and widely.
Please enjoy your feelings.
First Priority is: Don't overdo it!
If you don't feel motivated for yoga, please try it anyway for 10 mins (don't think about it, just do it!), then if you're feeling better, it's okay; continue.
However, if you feel more tired, or if you stagger or wobble, please take a rest with the child pose, or perhaps savasana.
The classes are for all levels: beginner, intermediate or advanced.
Most important for yoga asanas (poses) is that your body and mind feel comfortable.
