Beginning as a gymnast from childhood to becoming a competitive collegiate cheerleader, she demonstrated hard work, dedication, and consistency in order to achieve her fitness goals. Along the way, she developed effective ways to help others build strength and confidence both physically and mentally.


My app will help you increase strength and improve endurance, while toning and develop great technique.

My workouts are best performed in a gym or at home. Dumbbells, kettlebells and barbells preferred.
