I usually throw my back out once or twice a year and I haven’t this year. I know it’s because of Thursday stretches and how careful you are with form!

I can’t tell you how much I honestly enjoyed this 6 week program. I would be sad to finish BUT Monday I’m starting over with heavier weights. Thank you Tiffany! You have made a huge difference in my perspective and my exercise routine! 4 Kukui for life!
