I skipped the last 2 stretch days. By the time this stretch day came around I had a pinched nerve in my hip and a terrible attitude. I will never get too busy to stretch again.

It’s taken 4 weeks but I’m finally starting to look forward to stretch day. It feels so good afterward. Mind, body, and spirit. This one pairs really well with Double Shot 44!
