I typically do not stretch or work on mobility even though I know how important it is. I do like these workouts bc you have a day at the end of the week to work on mobility after a weeks worth of work.

I’m really too high strung for yoga. It usually just makes me feel agitated. I know that’s crazy. But with Tiffany it still feels productive and it’s actually enjoyable. I really don’t mind it. Today I even fe at peace afterward!
