How to schedule the program into a week? depending on your pace and fitness level, these workouts should not take more than an hour to complete. make sure you find a time that suits your schedule and stay consistent.
if your schedule varies a lot day to day, feel free to complete multiple workouts in one day - providing you don’t train the same body group more than once in a day! we don’t want you to over do it, you need the rest & recovery to grow!🌱
Who are these workouts for (skill-level)? this program should suit most fitness levels… feel free to add/remove weight depending on your level. you can also adjust the reps / rest periods to work for you and the equipment you have!
